I'm dense. Tell me, after you read this paragraph about the <.75 shares based on the closing price of $58 on April 5> can be paid if PRGN is still trading below that figure after the deal is approved???

I agree that the terms are very clear... But, what isn't clear is the effective date of these terms... The date of the announcement, or the closing date in July... I suspect it is the date of the announcement, but the news releases do not specify...
