Of course I'm a little bitter. It grates when people make money doing stupid things. On the other hand, I also happen to be right, I have been making money in this market, and at least I'm not participating in a scheme where the hope is that I'll get out a minute ahead of working stiffs won't be able to get to their brokerage house in time to save the money needed for their kid's college.

I get IPO's often. I got one this past week. I just don't splash each event all over this thread rubbing it people's noses like you do, HJ, telling them it's a sure road to riches...when you know all you're doing is pretending and making them feel like they're losing out on an opportunity.

It doesn't take judgement to get in on an IPO, HJ. It takes a strong business relationship. Bragging about IPO's (or anything else) hurts feelings, doesn't help anyone, and doesn't further any understanding. It's a bullshit waste of time.
