BEARX is the other mutual fund that I am aware of that shorts the market but I am not sure what it tracks. I believe it more or less moves -1 to 1 as opposed to USPIX's -2 to 1 movement.

I am not recommending it but USPIX and BEARX are the only way to effectively go short in a restricted account like an IRA.
