The difference is they do not use tax payers money from people like me and lot of others who disagreed with this case and benefit some rich billionaires like Case/McNealy/Ellison. I am sure they would have money to sue on their own. The US government do not belong to them. The US DOJ should have no business of deciding who are the winners and losers in the private sector. This should only happen in the Communist States not here in America. BTW, maybe I am wrong. Maybe Clinton and his cronies DOJ are Commies.
