Did you hear that if Bush wins his administration would be more sympathetic to MSFT. No statement has been made by the Gore camp one way or the other. It seems that Judge Jackson is aware that delay will allow changes in the technology making remedy moot.

The Judge is supposed to be commencing the penalty phase in 60 day (fast track).

IMO MSFT faces strong liability and will have a difficult time overturning this one.
