crazyoldman,

I do know that since I've become a stockholder in the summer of '99 this company has executed very well!

Well, this is going to be the quarterly result for me as an AMD shareholder. I can't complain about the last 3 months. My initial shares doubled, my LEAPS have done even better than that, and I quadrupled the play money I put into options on the in the mid-week mini-meltdown.

I wouldn't be surprised if had at least one down day between now and 4/12. Even though I wish we continued on this straight line up, it doesn't happen that way.

As to the Q2 estimates of 1.8 million, it's possible that he's going to sell 1.8 million Athlons and X number of Spitfires and Y number of T-Birds. At this time I don't know. No one else knows except the AMD insiders.

I think that 1.8 million is the worst case scenario, if Dresden doesn't produce anything this quarter. Any production from Dresden will be in addition to this number.
