<OT> Larry, I don't know why anybody even bothers to answer any of your posts. You have demonstrated over and over that you have no clue on the valuation of this company, and you have also shown that you have no personal or moral integrity either. When anyone questions your practices, you refuse to take any responsibility, instead turning to point to somebody else. This your idea of good ethics - If i can point to anyone else doing wrong, then i am not responsible to anyone for what i do. Great moral code, Larry! You never once admitted that you were very wrong when you insisted that fair value for the stock was $6 and that it was overvalued at $9. You were totally wrong, but hey, who cares, right? You said "I'll stop bashing Valence when they get a non- convertable financing deal done". did you? Of course not. You're not responsible for what you said, that was long ago, nobody can find that post easily, just pretend you never said it, eh? You not only have not a clue about the present state or the value of valences business, nor for that matter do you have even a small clue about how startups operate. Anytime management states any goal or plan, if anything changes later, no matter how trivial, "management lies". "they are a bunch of fraud con artists out to rip off investors". Guess what Larry, with startup businesses the only thing that's permanent is a state of rapid change, but just they're a bunch of liars to you. Things always take a bit longer than expected, and every time anything does "See - they are frauds, they have nothing, prove to me that they are not lying bastards". Funny how you hold everybody else to whatever they ever say, yet you shrug off all responsibility for anything you ever say. You never answer anybody's arguments, you always turn to something else and demand that this or that negative fallacy of yours be disproved. You are obsessively convinced that Valence is a sham company, that their orders are not real, that their product does not really exist and cannot be produced. You are wrong on all counts, but I'm not going to waste any time arguing with somebody who has no business sense and no moral sense either. You delight in antagonism and continuously cast aspersions on the integrity of any and all company officers, board members and anybody else who posts positively about the company. Your biggest enjoyment in life lies in bashing the stock and arguing to score "important" rhetorical points which in reality are all meaningless. Start taking responsibility for what you say. Start by building up just a little integrity. Try to demonstrate just a little bit of good faith and good will. Answer some questions with simple straight and honest answers. Examine your own conduct instead of always looking for whom you can displace all blame onto. For now, I see no sign that you deserve any response to your continuing negative bombast. You have long ago fully disqualified yourself from the realm of decent honest discourse. You are a disgruntled permabear basher who will never, ever admit how wrong you have been about almost everything that matters - just obsess on any small detail you were once right about. Don't even address the important question of whether or not you even have the slightest clue about the real state of Valences business and what a realistic valuation of the company is. Never admit you were and are wrong, you did not and do not know or understand. You are not the least bit interested in the truth or in actually learning anything. All you want to do is repeat the same negative bombast over and over. So be my guest, Larry. Anybody who plays your sick nonsense game with you is IMHO, quite foolish.
