Marc: I am more than happy to see from your data that Smackdown and THQ profits are doing well. I am just showing that this particular site is providing significant discounts based on the number of people who purchase a product -- be it a game or any other item. Over 500 people bought Smackdown and therefor the price went to $15.95 each. This site doesn't look like some fly-by night operation. Take a look at the news PR's. They have some significant backing and a business plan that depends on the "Power of mass purchase". They do not seem like a site that would be making pirate copies of copyrighted material and selling them to the public.
