Granted, I agree that Tero is speculating and putting forth an opinion and not a fact, I think that what he meant by the 'pressure' was something like this:

These are extremely complicated decisions/negotiations involving enormous multinational companies and their governments with billions of dollars at stake. I suppose the good news for Nokia is that no matter how long the negotiations take they will still be earning money on GPRS infrustructure (others probably know more about this than I).

Nice move for Nokia on friday.

I also want to say that although I have complained about the amount of qcom discussion on this thread at times in the past the recent discussion between Tero and Ruffian was exceptionally well done for its content and tone. Excellent work.
