Questions for management at shareholder's meeting.

1) The headline on Novell.com is "Your Network...No Limits." This was the company's marketing theme in the early days of John Slitz, but no one has bothered to change it on the Web site. Can you imagine any other high tech leader operating this way?

2) Earlier this year, Novell announced NDS eDirectory and a new eBusiness push at Comdex. Over the next few weeks, Novell spent lots of shareholder money with full-page ads in Business Week, etc. that made no reference to NDS eDirectory, Internet, or eBusiness. Can you imagine any other high tech leader operating this way?

3) Novell continues to waste Marketing dollars to create collateral and press releases about how product xyz 2.5 now works with product zyx 2.8, when it only used to work with product yyy 2.9? Don't you get it that this costs money and nobody cares?

4) Now that you have a strategy, how about spending your money on some marketing tactics that work?
