Are Fpfx's numbers accurate? If they are, the PRICE TO ratios show a better buying opportunity the smaller they are.

The whole point is that nothing is for sure here. CNC's numbers are in question.

"The resultant market turmoil has caused uncertainty concerning the level of proceeds Conseco will be able to realize from the sale of Conseco Finance(green tree), or even whether a sale can be successfully executed, as well as Conseco's current financial flexibility."

This still is not a good sign when Standard & Poor's has doubts. They posted this AFTER the market close Friday!

This company is now under a magnifying glass. The old numbers are definately in doubt. The new numbers may not be out for a while, even with the quarterly report. They can be ammended!

It could take a year or two before the smoke clears. As for me, I'm not going to buy into decreasing share price on increasing volume, with bad news coming out daily.

I will wait until the the good news starts coming like it seems will be happening with FPFX!

NUFF SAID!!
