Mad I've been reading your s*** off and on and you are on it. I love this thread...thank you AG. I swore to all my trading/broker buddies that I was out until we either had a crash or 6 months from now. Read Fleckenstein/Abelson every frigging week, with relish. Of course, I couldn't stay away, just because I'm in love with GBLX business model, and I'm an idiot. I got fooled by the breakout in the OEX and SPX. Whatever. I have been the pollyana of crash/recession on the way for the last 2 years and nobody believes me. Business cycle still exists, yada, yada. New paradigm, sure. Well now it looks like I am the guru of the year/been telling everyone we are going to crash etc. for the last month, so what do I do? Go long! Aside from my self-destructive personality, and the fact that EVERY time I think we are about to crash, the powers that be rescue the market, I really think this is IT. DONE. TOAST. The "market" won't fail, but the speculative juices are about to get purged...day traders, margined players, mommas and poppas, commercials on TV that make you want to hurl, etc. are about to learn The Lesson. Tomorrow. While I don't think this is the Big Kahuna, (we'll wait til Fall for that), this will be the shot across the bow/wake up call so desperately needed by our market. I'm sorry for my ranting, but I've had a few Jagermeisters. Still smell recession above it all........I hope we finally have a winner in the contest. Everything has gotten cut in half relatively quickly. How bout it AG? Much respect to all on this thread. You guys RULE.
