Sun Micro May File Private Antitrust
Suit Against Microsoft

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Sun Microsystems Inc. is
'carefully studying' Monday's ruling in the landmark
antitrust case against PC software company Microsoft
Corp. to determine whether to file a private antitrust suit
against the Washington-based firm, a Sun spokesman
said on Friday.

I stated in an earlier post that when ever Microsoft stock begins to rise some cockroach launches another frivilous suit. Wonders never cease
