But that question is missing essential context.

The biggest joke in all this is, there is no generally approved DS mode yet with agreed specifications.

Once more, there is neither a standard approved anywhere in the world for DS mode, nor are there agreed specifications for DS mode.

At least that is as I understand the situation now.

As Clark has stated so clearly, the status of testing while widespread geographically has very limited scope.
