Holding breath for soft handoff would prove fatal.

As someone else pointed out, this would be a very low minute of use market even if it were free on every GM vehicle. The sad truth is that G* implodes without high minutes of use.

I would concentrate my efforts on promoting fixed site terminals more than anything else. That is the key.
