I think I bought yours. I paid $2.40
It lagged for a while but I think we will see most of the
oil gas stock make some gains in near future. A few more
Ulster, Ranger and Northrock deals and more interest develops. I have a number of Junior oil and gas and no plans to sell any for now because oil and gas stocks could get hot again.

In addition to the fine response provided by John McGrath I would like to add that Magin is projecting cash flow of $1.25 per share based on average oil prices of $20 and gas prices of $2.75 for fiscal 2000.
Those price assumptions have and will be blown out of the water as most analysis have raised their average prices by at least 20% above what Magin is expecting.
At $2.75 per share Magin is still dirt cheap and a genuine take over prospect with Net Assets exceeding $5 per share.
Look for large block trades for signs that a deal is in the works.
