Rogers Communications, a national, multi-dimensional communications company and largest cable operator in the country, is our other major shareholder, holding 20.3% of our shares.

The above shareholder info is now obsolete. About a month ago, Rogers sold their interest in CANCOM to Shaw. The sale was a component of the Shaw/Rogers swap of regional cable assets.

I suspect that the sale of Rogers interest "might" lead to the appointment of another Canada wide distributor for G*. Maybe a x-country wannabe with an 800 Mhz CDMA/AMPS network covering lot's of hills and dales.

ps Being an unfan of cantel, I consider the sale nothing but the removal of a timeworn cog from a re-energized drive train.
