Gary,
I'm not sure what qualifies as off or on topic on this thread. Since the creation of the thread, there really hasn't been a spontaneous combustion of a guru. Yeah sure, lots of spontaneous combustion of normal SI members, but no gurus. If it is guru combustion that you are looking for, there must be a better thread.

Dear Gary,

I would apologize for wasting good thread space here with my OT chat BUT you will kindly take note that this is a coffee shop thread. I would be more likely to be sensitive to your concern, if the two of us that you reference hadn't has at least the most civil conversation on this thread...not only is it civil, it is logical, which is more than I can say for most of the other BS on here. I can hardly believe that you think that this thread, which had been dead for months...is worth chastising us over (2 posts in 5 months prior to this latest rash). Read the title of the thread...and I dare to challenge you to explain to me the importance of this message board in the big scheme of things. If you are so sensitive to "OT" conversations...I suggest you move yourself back to "Stocks" section of this site...

I scrolled through your list of posts. It seems that most of your post are in the stocks area of this site. So I ask you....why did you choose to drop in and then chastise those of us who were chatting here. I repeat, this thread had been dead for months...what makes it so important to you now?? You post one or two messages a day...I cannot see where this thread could be that endearing to you...

Maybe I should act suspicious.....are you monitoring my "every keystroke??"

So take note.....no apology is extended..to you or anyone else, for my chatting with other paid member of this site, on this message board.
