There are 3 billion shares authorized, enough shares for 2 for 1 but not enough for 3 for 1.

Dear George: Yes there are, and to find out how many just go to the Balance Sheet in the Financials, look at the shareholder equity section, read the description of the number of AUTHORIZED shares and compare that to the number of ISSUED shares and you will know you answer. JDN
