Maybe ShareGate (the former Utel) makes it worth taking another look at RADA. Does anyone know how what % RADA owns of ShareGate, or how many $ they have invested in them? The firm, led by general partners Bart Schachter and Thomas Unterberg, focuses on early-stage investments in communications and Internet infrastructure companies. Mr. Schachter was formerly director of business development at Intel. Mr. Unterberg is chairman of investment bank C.E. Unterberg Towbin. The firm's investments will typically range from $3 million to $10 million.
