Dear Mr Seng:

Thanks for the post. I love it!

"Getting a lot of the dirt out in the public presumably serves some good, though it's hard to see what it was. Conceivably, some potential partners were warned off, though it's hard to find any," Shaffer said. "The problem I see now is that the DOJ had no endgame when they went into this battle, and that was fatal. You don't go into a battle with someone like [Microsoft] without knowing what you want. My favorite analogy is that the DOJ is now in the position of the dog that went barking after the truck and caught it. Now what do they do? I guess they pee on the tires."

This has been my point of view too!

jj and doj come on over and pee on our tires HA HA HA

I am wondering what the government will lawsuit next?

Seems to me they have only tried to find troubles with " the businesses they understand." First, they did it to Standard Oil because they used gas for their cars, I guess. Second, they did it to AT&T, guess they used the phones. This time it was the little browser that MSFT did not make more advanced, therefore, they could understand it.

Next target could be the biggest co. like CSCO. I sincerely doubt it since I don't think anyone in that department can understand CSCO. But, if that happens, the next biggest co. could be NOK. Since it is totally foreign, it has no threat of anti-trust from the US government, I hope. I would like to see how the EU deal with it and what is the reaction here.
