Management generally knows the intrinsic value of the company and has folks making sure they do not sell out for a song . . . what the market is pricing it at and what a buyer could buy it for are two different things. Think about it - one of GBLX's recent buyouts was at a 75%+ premium to the market price.

Things are not always what they seem.

Yes, Kushi, you are missing something. GBLX is lower because it had a 2 for 1 split.

This is a special split, called a "market split". Do not adjust your share count.

Sorry, I'm in just that kind of mood today <g>.
