Rick, that's a good point.

Does it mean rate of growth of eps is assumed same for all three? I am trying to find one with less premium. Any thoughts? Thanks

excuse the intrusion... but, yes, you are right, implied and historical volatility have a lot to do w/ why options are priced the way they are. on a relative historical basis, LU options are priced about average and CSCO and MOT are on the higher ends. but unless you playing volatility (and it doesn't seem that way), you shouldn't consider such things. expensive options can get even more expensive... that's why people buy them right? :-)

Parton my ignorance, but what is the difference between LEAPs, and long term Call options, anyone? Thanks for the lesson.
