According to the Big Report which is updated through Thursday 5 of 6 indicators in the OTC are still in a column of O's.
the RSOTC (relative strength) is in a column of X's.
Caution flag still up.
My report still shows the BPOTC in a column of O's.The QQQ on teh other hand is in a column of X's and RS is a buy.
Maybe Tom Dorsey can elaborate.

fwiw, nyse HILO is real cloes to reversing down, if not already on Fri (by my calc it already has, but I know DWA uses a diff set of numbers)
