td, I hate selling naked calls. The risk overwhelms the maximum possible return. Really, who could have looked at the horrible fundamental business situation and guess that MU would be at this price? But, given that the stock is not reality based, it could go to $300 tomorrow. That would make me mad as a 90/10 put player, but it would make me broke as a short call seller.

I would prefer a pretty wide call bear spread. Sell a call at the current strike and buy one far out of the money for insurance. If you can find one far out of the money at these levels.
