Hi gruetz:

My impression is that Winstar started its PMP deployment.
As you recalled it selected PCMS (and perhaps Hughes
Networks) as its suppliers towards the end of last year.
NXLK picked NT very recently, so its deployment has not
started. I have not kept track of TGNT lately, but my
impression is similar to yours, i.e I expect them to
be about even or slightly behind Winstar in terms of
PMP deployment.
