If they are planning to buy a company or do a merger of some kind all the debts or unknowns have to be sorted out ahead of the final agreements. They rolled the stock back and we all took a bath, if we hung on to anything or tried averaging down. They now have a clean shell with very little in terms of shares outstanding. They can now try to do a deal and get what we would all hope decent terms. If its a .com company of some sort then its the latest in squeese/leverage plays and should get some mileage. If its a real company then they have a cash flow and money to open/explore the gold mine while making a profit as a real business. Either way we could see some of our money again. Who knows maybe new management and a wild run up in the stock. I'm just guessing and someone else may see things differently. At least something seems to be happening.

Cheers,

JR.

I've heard of other resource companies that are getting out of resources and getting into e-commerce or other internet technologies. Isn't this what SKG (Sikamore Gold) is doing also??
