Hi dangergirl, this is how it worked for me..,I listened real good to V...Then I pulled the trigger on Q...my angels took care of me because I learned I listened to them too...then I heard this song... well that's to cliche'... anyway I just took that leap of faith and said, I've only got one life, two kids a hell of a house payment, a wife, and very expensive taste...Oh how I regress, anyway about that leap of faith, I took it...10-15% return on your equity per month is all it takes..."Hell, what if I'm only half right...just think about it"...that's V speaking... You can do it too, you just have to get fed up enough and most importantly BELIEVE...what's the worse thing that can happen, you have to go get another JOB! Best wishes C-
