Anand, I am no expert by an means... but what you describe is not a wash sale...

here are the basic situations of a "wash sale"
1) you buy 100 shares of xyz, you sell some xyz shares at a loss and buy some back within 30 days of selling at loss

2) you buy 100 shares of xyz shares, you buy more xyz shares later on, and sell at loss some of your shares at a loss within 30 days of the second purchase..
