Thanks for the response. While IMO there will be a 2:1 split announced with earnings on 4/18, it will be a "subject to shareholder approval" announcement, with the actual split sometime shortly after the AGM, which as far as I can tell will be in the second half of May.

Intel announced they aquired, for cash, a company called Picazo Communications, discribed as a "computer telephony service provider".
