CTI and Lucent to give VoIP by Tatum Anderson on 09 April 2000 13:00:00 GMT CTI Data Solutions Limited, which provides products and services for managing telecommunications systems, has integrated its software with Lucent?s Voice over IP product range. The company says that there will be integration between Lucent?s The Alchemy Series, which provides PBX, LAN and data routing features for network connectivity, with its own Proteus Office management application. Proteus converts the information about calls made to and from a PBX into reports. The integration with Lucent?s technology will add an integrated internet data router, a LAN connectivity system for the PC network, intelligent features for standard analogue telephones and computer telephony software.
