I read this: iht.com and had to laugh, remembering all the effort I wasted a decade ago writing impassioned and rational arguments for debt relief, at a time when the whole idea was regarded as blasphemy. Now suddenly the idea seems to be going mainstream. It will still be a tough sell, largely because some of the strongest argument for it remain unmentionable in polite circles, but it's interesting to see that it's gotten as far as it has.
