Skiing is just a few steps from your front door, I'm in nyc, and yeah it snowed a little yesterday, but I was stuck indoors. fwiw, the shares at one point were close to $3. Shortly after I saw Oshman's move, I completed my position. You are absolutely correct to time your entry when you feel most comfortable. Regards. P.S. I want to clarify re: lockup. I am aware that IPO lockup has ended, don't recall / am unaware (could be somewhere in SEC Filings) of end dates of any other similar restrictions.
