Martin....

>>thanks for reply.... you have worded it okay. shareholders should asked to see board minutes where the board discussed the subject of poison pill. i would like to make it clear that i am not against the policy of poison pill.. all i want is for shareholders to vote in USA its majority rules. it is called corporate democracy. thanks again. mglotz@aol.com>>

Martin:

What's your opinion of where Novell is at regarding the tools, services and controls for online proxy voting??

"Corporate democracy" is going to get much more interesting from here on out. The tyranny of the majority??

We'd all like to know more about what you are asking shareholders to vote on.

Keep up the good work.

Peace.

GO!!
