Still another Company Press Release: "RXVP Adopts Sun Microsystems Technology to Provide Health Management
And Wellness Services to Meet the Needs of Millions of
Prescription Users"

New Service for Juvenile Diabetes Could Substantially Lower Healthcare Costs And Dramatically Improve Ability of Families to Manage Care

DALLAS, April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Sun Microsystems, Inc. and RXVP, Inc., a provider of
health management and wellness services, unveiled today at the 2000 HIMSS Annual
Conference and Exhibition, RXVP PostScript Service for Juvenile Diabetes, the first service
developed from RXVP's breakthrough e-commerce two-way communication system. This
service could create a significant advancement in the ability of patients to communicate with
family members and healthcare providers to manage prescription requirements more
effectively.

``RXVP PostScript Service for Juvenile Diabetes appeals to consumers as well as businesses
interested in improving patient care,' said Samuel Nalbone, president and chief executive
officer of RXVP. ``For families dealing with juvenile diabetes, our service provides immediate
notification of each glucose reading for students at school, at camp or virtually anywhere.
Teenagers can choose between cell phones and pagers, and parents can get the critical
information they need in an email message sent to their cell phone, pager or computer.' Nalbone
continues, ``Mobile communications providers are promoting the wireless web, and RXVP is
one of the first companies to offer a family service taking advantage of the 'Internet anywhere'
opportunity.'

Millions of people require daily medication to treat chronic ailments such as diabetes, heart
disease and asthma. Non-compliance and misuse of chronic prescription drugs is a national
healthcare problem costing thousands of lives and billions of dollars annually according to the
American Heart Association 1998 Pharmaceutical Roundtable. RXVP PostScript Services
provide daily prescription reminders for patients and compliance reporting to family members
and clinicians through communication channels leveraging the Internet, landline phones, cell
phones and wireless devices.

RXVP's management tool for juvenile diabetes is the company's first wireless communications
service that advances the state of patient compliance management. RXVP PostScript Service for
Juvenile Diabetes, scheduled for availability in May, provides a mobile, daily link between
patients and families. The service is designed to enable healthcare providers, insurance
companies, drug manufacturers and retail pharmacies to meet the needs of their prescription
users ultimately reducing the economic burden of noncompliance among all healthcare
participants.

``Sun's robust and scalable dot-com platform and valuable service providers like RXVP deliver
incredible value to the healthcare market,' said Bruce Elder, industry manager for healthcare at
Sun Microsystems. ``This is a complete validation of Sun's strategy of anytime anywhere
network connectivity. RXVP even turns a traditional telephone into a thin-client device by
providing a data-to-voice service that sends information over traditional landline telephones.'

RXVP's infrastructure is built on Sun's Solaris(TM) Operating Environment and utilizes Sun's
Java(TM) Enterprise Framework(TM) and The Sun StorEdge(TM) Systems, providing a
secure, scalable and reliable platform for deploying and managing application services. Built
on Sun, RXVP Postscript Service for Juvenile Diabetes can be accessed by many
communication devices, including conventional landline phones, and cell phones and pagers
that are available anywhere and anytime.

Dear Lynn: Now theres one I can relate too. My wife has been a nurse in a large hospital for 20 years (presently no longer in bedside care) and over those years I have noticed the incredible amount of money they WASTE on poorly designed, insufficient specialized software, to attempt to correct the deficiencies mentioned in the release. There ought to be a market for this.
Regarding Taxes, thank goodness ours are done and mailed. Since you are spending so much time cutting and pasting articles I must presume you are procrastinating on yours. haha. Remember there is always form 4868 (extension) JDN
