Y'all forget, under my assumptions the new OnStar would be cdma based, and therefore, if SnapTracks were used one would have to jam the entire cdma cell service most of the time. My guess would be it would be even more difficult to jam a G* satellite GPS signal. And, if one has equipment to jam, the FCC would find you.
