Thanks, Sting. I glanced through a list of fairly large REITs. . .and most all are higher today. . .but I am favoring the yet-to-be-discovereds. . . some remarkable buys out there. . . Still doing preliminary DD on list. . .but I will start releasing names shortly. . . was up half the night punching up PE ratios, ROEs, earnings growth and dividend yields. . . trying to pick the cream of the crop. . . not that crazy about the "usual suspects", as most of them have had a rise since March. . .which tells me we aren't the first to set foot on this land. . . .but I'll add some token large caps, for balance.
