Dear Tradesman: Well, my thinking is the summer swoon is not in the bag. Hasnt happened the past 2 summers as I recall, this time around possability the Fed will be done screwing us by then, and of course, there is always the election year thing. So, I wouldnt be so sure you can time the market. My gut feeling is we may have one more test on the NAZ to see how low it can go and then a long strong rally the rest of the year going into the election. Hope its not just a wish!! JDN
