You are going to end up with .9 share of PSIX for each share of MMWW. With PSIX currently trading at 29 3/8, that works out to $26.44. While there has been no announcement, I suspect that PSIX/MMWW is not going to follow through on the XPDR spin off. PSIX is actually injecting money into XPDR.

Shareholders for each company approved the agreement in simultaneous special meetings that took place at 10:00 a.m. U.S. EDT this morning. On March 22, 2000, PSINet announced a definitive agreement to acquire Metamor Worldwide in exchange for PSINet common shares.
