My favorite in the micro caps. . . . NEWRZ with a PE of just 0.7! A $27.57 book value. . .an ROE of 85%. . . a dividend yield of 7.42%. . . a float of 100,000 shares. . .and a 69% increase in net income over past 9 months. . . 52-week low is $10 and 52-week high is $16.875. . .have payouts scheduled to a past ex-dividend.
