I doubt that seriously. More and more I am beginning to think that Juan Miguel was "enticed" by the Castro regime to take his current stance, either by threat or reward. Whatever the means is irrelevant to me. What's important is the best interest of the child. If it can be shown that the father was involved in the original plans to send Elian to the states, I think a case can be made that his current actions are NOT in the child's best interest since they are being made under duress.
