You are so right. I think the problem is, that most potential buyers think that the stock will stay on this level for some time to come, and will therefore not buy MSFT stocks before they suspect a reason for it to rise.

The stock has lost its reputation for growing, and with a PE larger than 25, it really needs a reputation for growing when people say that it will grow.
