Ah, Yaacov, now you made a mistake, Russian Pate (Salo) is a pure frozen pig fat sandviched between rye bread and must be always served with garlic...what makes it Pate is Vodka....Nowdays it is "Grey Gooze" brand....Belgian Waffel as a desert is not acceptable, unless you are an overdressed Italian..(but foreigners generally can't take five hours of drinking Vodka before there is time for the desert...so that leave non-foreigners some unwanted food for the "opochmelka" ...
