INH info

COMPANY PROFILE:

Develops electroluminescent lighted (EL) products for consumer and commercial markets.

RECENT DEVELOPMENTS:

EL, known as the world's thinnest light source, operates at low temperatures and is manufactured by silk-screening specially formulated
silver, dielectric and phosphor pastes in layers onto a substrate of a special type of film. The materials are then dried and encased with a
variety of clear, protective plastic laminates. Products include a dog collar and a traffic vest.

In early 1999, a letter of intent was signed with KY Seritech Ltd. pursuant to which the company contracted KY to manufacture EL lamps
for use in the company's products.

In February 2000, the company proposed the acquisition of a 75% interest in Telcom Solutions (WA) Inc., a private company to be
engaged in providing line placing, cable installation, set-up and various other services to AT&T in the Puget Sound area of the State of
Washington. Consideration was the issuance of about 3,826,540 pre-consolidated common shares, providing interim financing and
securing a US$500,000 line of credit.
