Yes, I would rank the possibility of the entire Supreme Court of NH being corrupt a tad more important than the Elian story. I have just heard one brief mention of it somewhere ( forget where ). In MN. we elect judges but it's against the law for them to campaign, or for political parties to endorse candidates. It is the campaign reformers dream come true. I never vote for judges. Haven't a clue who they are or whether they're even mentally competent.
