Hasn't he always been bullish?

BTW, SSB's technical analyst merely mentioned that if we break support at 3650 - 3700, then we may see 3200. He did not claim that we are going there, as CNBC has been reporting.

I don't like the fact that we are giving back so much so soon after the big drop, we could very well go lower then big drop we just had then come back and retest this new low.
Look at this way, we barely mount a rally during earnings season then bam, vacuum time.
