After the broker houses cleaned up with margin calls, I think they are setting the stage to clean up again with covered calls. Once enough calls are sold at these lower prices the stocks will likely rebound before expiration thereby getting the shares of those who play the other side of the recent volitility. Then the brokers can afford to go on a summer vacation.
