Thanks, I feel a lot better knowing the utilization isn't obvious. Regarding your comments on the Middle East the other day, the recent developments in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia (letting outsiders in) clearly support your assertions. I tend to agree most countries are pumping near their limits now.

Big, many thanks for your thoughts and the Dain commentary. I found the Norway news most surprising. Maybe there's hope for PGO after all! Now, maybe they could sell that SPNX stake and buy some more FPSO's and become even more production oriented.
