good Luck to you too... Sun announces imminently
MOT earnings 59 cents versus 58 cents

should set tone for techs
today was a nice low volume fakeout
it shook only the idiots, morons, acnefaced daytraders, and other mindless thrillseekers

amazing about my own personal transformation
last autumn and Christmas: 50-70% of my account in options
now: about 5% options, longterm holdings abound (mostly QCOM)

my account is stable, nearly unchanged from February thru now
it should move explosively in the next couple months

just a personal comment to many VPorch residents
way way way way too much options playing on the porch
you need to have 3 strong winners to offset your 7 losers out of every 10 trades

I am afraid covered call discussions have led to many long option positions, and many substantial losses
my 12-yr record with option winners is about 40%
before last July it was 30%
it is an extremely tough challenge
the biggest winners are technical traders who ignore ALL news
