I know this confusion happens especially when the news of a hot stock hits CNBC and all the unwashed jump on board. Often another company with a similar name goes up also.

Wouldn't it be great if SMDK gets higher than SNDK. I'm afraid to sell my shares now.

Also SMDK has been showing incredible strength in a down market. I'm going to load up to 1000 shares if it dips below 29 today.

Aus,
Do you or anyone else know when the secondary is expected to be priced? At 2.2 million shares with about $61 million expected proceeds, one would expect it to go off at prices just below where it is right now (it is about 30 1/2 now). Of course, 4 million shares is a lot for this not so heavily traded stock to swallow. Is anyone bothered by the fact that the chairman and Toshiba are selling shares (though the chair's selling is a relatively small part of his holding)? Is anyone in touch with Merrill on this?
TIA,
Sam
